Search and filters: find brews by bean, recipe, or method.
Structured fields: grind, ratio, TDS, extraction yield, and sensory notes stay intact.
Scoped exports: export everything, the current filtered set, or a date range as JSON, CSV, PDF, or plain text. CSV uses one row per brew and one column per variable—ready for Excel, Numbers, or Python.
Import and restore: JSON and CSV backups can be re-imported after device changes or accidental deletion.
